Single room booking is dependent on availability and does not offer exclusive use of lodge.  Call for details. Need to book two days prior to check in date.  Birchy single room rate is $125.00 + HST/night

Require a 50% deposit per booking.  Non-refundable.  The balance due upon arrival.
